he doesn't have a work visa , he explicitly states in his videos that he is a content creator and he does this for a living to provide for his family, he came in the country on a tourist visa. to add to his drama they are stating that the gangs used his platform to incite violence, flex or make subliminal threats to opposing gangs, also all the videos uploaded did not have any disclaimers to the content and what is the purpose of it. These are very serious charges and he can actually face real jail time according to law, should the government proceed. Personally i think this is all rubbish, his journalism was professional and highlighted very real issues plaguing the country. But with the trend in foreigners coming in the country to interview gangs i assume the government doesn't like that and they will make an example out of him , thats worst case.

@@iLoveMyReligion Read the immigration act, By law Chris can be arrested by any Police officer or any Immigration officer, without warrant for an inquiry or deportation upon reasonable ground. Section 9 (4) Lists reasons one would be detained and deported. Which then points to the Anti-gang act. Our opinions don't matter, it's the written law. That's why the Lawyer asked the questions he did because he knows the written law.
