44:35 I can completely relate to Chris talking about suppressing his feelings around his mom because it wouldn’t comfort her…my mom was really emotionally triggered when me and my siblings were growing up and so we didn’t have an open and healthy environment to express and process our negative feelings. I grew up into a really emotional 30 year old who cried about everything. I’ve since put in the work with myself in therapy and have better control and identification of a feeling can process it in a healthy way. 🙏🏼 to those out there that don’t understand why they cry about being mad, sad, hurt, frustrated, anxious, etc., your feelings are right for you to feel and it’s okay to cry! It’s your body’s way of processing and healing 💗

The difference between old style celebrities and the wave of online celebrities/application environments creating “influencer” named celebrities. It cuts out multi million or billion dollar marketing/ agency/ Hollywood company. It has created a platform for the people to decide who is famous. Which is cool because when I was young. I was told by college professors that fame was unobtainable. It’s a space where your interaction actually matters. Unlike voting systems. You feel like you influence who is influencing society.
