Truth is, at this point he's unlikely ever to make it even to the 3rd round as top dog. If he wants a ring, he's going to have to do like Gary Payton and move around. Remember how GP looked for Kobe and Shaq to carry him, and then when that didn't work he latched onto D-Wade and Shaq? That's Chris Paul's best hope at this point: wait until he's a 2nd-tier late career player, and let Anthony Davis or the next Anthony Davis carry him. He's basically missed his chance otherwise, and not really for reasons he could control.

Midnight Recovery only reason Steph won MVP is because it was a breakout season and it wasn't expected of him. Chris Paul could put up 25 and 11 every night and no-one would care because he's been doing that since his rookie season. Curry is good I like him but in the Finals Andre Iguodala a player who hadn't started one game the entire season outplayed Curry. CP3 is definitely the better PG and player. Curry is more of a shooting guard than a point guard. CP3 involves the whole team no matter what.
