14 for 14 is difficult in itself to do in a game. Even more difficult in a playoff game, when you're being studied by your opponent team. Even more difficult when you have a chance to win the playoff series by winning the game. Even more difficult when your team trade blows with the opponent team in the final few minutes. Even more difficult when one of your team's star players leans to you for carrying his usual scoring duties due to injury management. And then, the Point God happened. Chris Paul, ladies and gentlemen.
@KapMuxTV2 жыл бұрын
Having already 14/14 is an incredible feat by itself. But just imagine, this is a Series ender game in the playoffs. It was a very close game so he cannot be super picky with his shots just to keep it perfect. He made the dagger shot at the last minute. I mean there’s the pressure of the individual accomplishment of keeping the 14/14 and actually winning the game for the team. This accomplishment cannot be said enough! 😊🔥🔥🔥

First, he had no easy layups, dunks, hardly any open shots. Second, they were down by 1 or more on so many of his shots, so these weren't like easy points being up by 20, every shot was clutch. Third, It came to close out a series on the road and his passes were unbelievable too. That was an epic game.

@nathanlong51852 жыл бұрын
I don't care how many rings he has or doesn't have, Chris Paul is a top 5 PG in NBA history and this performance in a road closeout game with Booker at like 65% just confirms it. 14/14 from the field was an outstanding achievement for Wilt, it's actually something he did a few times, but none of his shots were ever from further than five feet from the basket. The absolute closest shot CP3 took tonight was a floating jumper from about 5-6 feet out. Wilt also never did it in the playoffs and he was 7 feet tall so his shots were never blocked; a 6' PG having put the ball in the hoop with this kind of efficiency is quite literally historic. I challenge anyone that reads this to take a basketball with them to them gym tomorrow, stand from about 14 feet out, and don't leave until you've made your fourteenth consecutive shot (you don't even have to have five NBA players guarding you). A LOT of you, myself included, would be there for a LOOOONG time.
