In a back and forth contest in New Orleans, Chris Paul scored 33 points and set a playoff record by making all 14 of his field goal attempts against the Pelicans. The Phoenix Suns went on to win 115-109 and will now advance to face the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Semifinals. Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe rate how surprised they were on a scale of 1-10.

this was definitely one of the great scoring performances that I was lucky enough to catch live. the whole game I was thinking the pelicans would win because Chris had to miss one or two. If Paul shoot 50% from the field the Pelicans win the game. That was a crazy performance.

Imagine eliminating all 3 of your previous teams to make it to the finals CP3 to me is the best PG ever but doesnt have the hardware. you litterally have a guy with a perimeter shot, mid range god, lay-up package, one of highest IQs all time, legendary passer, elite ball handler, and top tier defender at his position (were talking top 5 PG all time defensively) a 2 way PG with the only weakness being his height...

I’m so happy for CP3. He’s really changed the perspective of his career in the eyes of many these past 4 years. Right or wrong He was unfortunately known as one of the cover boys for playoff choking. Once he left the Clippers he’s made his first conference finals, led a Thunder team to the 4th seed when everyone and their mama thought they were rebuilding, and he’s made the finals. Even without a ring he boosted his legacy a lot so far

First man in a playoff game in NBA history to go perfect. Insane. He's absolutely on a mission. However I fear for them against tougher teams if Booker doesn't come back.

CP3's strategy is not to tire himself in the regular season he will be fresh in the playoffs that's why he looked good in the playoffs even if he's already 36. That's probably what LeBron was thinking when he decided to get Russ. He was hoping Russ would drive the bus in the regular season and LeBron will be fresh in the playoffs.

I caught the game lastnight & CP3 was on god mode!. He played rly rly great I was happy with the Suns winning I’m rooting for them to win it all & hopefully face Boston in the finals but if and when they get to the west finals I hope they face gsw. I know they have to face Dallas but that’s going to be a great series, CP3 should know how they play since he played in Houston, The suns are my favorite team 🙂 & I can speak for CP3 because I’m about 6ft too 🥴🏜
