My husband was a Vietnam combat vet…a machine gun tank gunner. He was exposed to agent Orange and now has cancer. He said that this was the rawest, most real, best rendition of the National Anthem he has ever heard at a Super Bowl. God bless Chris Stapleton and God Bless all of our veterans and active military…and thank you so much for your service. This is no laughing matter. Whether you supported Vietnam war or not, these men were drafted! They stepped up, witnessed atrocities and served our nation with courage.

Personally, I think they were crying just from the realization of being in the Super Bowl and the Anthem too. Lots of emotions going on during this.
