You laughing... while men where crying - because they know what has given to them, their right to play and coach the game they love and gives the the opportunity to live your life with Freedom is quite disrespectful. Why can I say this.... because I have served!!! God Bless America!!!
@poloreacts27 Жыл бұрын
That's because you read my laughter as malicious if you actually knew me you would know it's not that deep. If he was my friend I would tease him to his face but still have his back. I never lose my sense of humor even when things go wrong in my life. Life's too short to take it too seriously.

A lot of singers put so much vocal gymnastics in their renditions of this song, they make it all about themselves. Chris said "I can do all that too, here's a taste", but he also showed restraint so as not to overshadow the song and the moment.

I love Ragged Old Flag. I cry every time no matter who's around. Anybody who says sh*t about my tears just plain doesn't have enough love for this country and doesn't or can't truly fathom what it means to be America. The values and morals she's built upon and stands for, the blood that's been shed to make her and keep her, the families who are forever missing someone who fought for her, and the lesser way life could be anywhere but in America are things I think of every Godd@mned day and that everyone should think about and hold dear to their hearts although many don't. "For those who fought for it, freedom has a flavor that the protected will never know." God bless this beautiful America and Semper Fi until I die.

Polo, I am a fan of yours. This is only song that should NEVER be interrupted in order to make comments. That is our "National Anthem", our anthem is sacrosanct. You listen, hand over heart ( as I was taught), then you comment whatever you wish. Men and women have sacrificed their lives so that we can enjoy the Super Bowl, the least we can do is listen with respect our National Anthem. I am perfectly aware of our 1st Amendment rights, but lives are sacrificed for that as well. Be Blessed.

I love it. A man that rode the school bus with him in high school says Chris sang all the time. Said he had that voice he sang all the time. A few months ago when those horrible flash floods hit eastern Kentucky, Chris got a concert set up in a week for a concert at Rupp Arena for the people. He got Patti Loveless, Dwight Yoakum, Ricky Skaggs and other singers from eastern Kentucky. They raised over 2 million dollars. I saw him on the local news. He had his hair tied back and was helping distribute water and other items. Chris and Patti sang, You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive. at the CMA's award show. She's a little older than when she recorded it. That was the best performance at the award show. They came from a little farther north in eastern Kentucky than I live.

I agree with you on the halftime show. She’s pregnant so she barely moved. The dancers were really good. Chris Stapleton alone can move people to tears. He also duets beautifully with his vocally gifted wife. Tennessee Whiskey; This is a Man’s World are two great starting points. 🌹
@ruserious9577 Жыл бұрын
Yes, the absolute precision in timing required for those jets to be on target when they should be is not an easy feat. It's called "TOT" (Time On Target) and takes an extraordinary amount of different factors, all mathematically coordinated, to have them arrive at that point in the airspace...at that exact second. It is practiced constantly and used in all air to ground engagements, be they warfare, military ceremonies, funerals, and Super Bowl's. Everything from their airspeed and vectoring to the target, to Sky-Harbor airport stopping all air traffic for them to pass through...all of it needs to be precisely timed Consider they are traveling at say...400mph, they need to line up and be in-formation @many miles out. If they miscalculate any of this at 4-5 hundred miles an hour...they either don't arrive in time...or they arrive too early. And they only get one chance.
