Eyy I enjoyed it and finally someone saw that mistakes. I see a lot of reaction videos where poeple lost their mind on Dice's rounds and then they are suprised by the verdict haha 😅 Before my "analysis" (which will be longer for that particular battle) I want to say that nor Dice or Chris didn't wanted to win that battle. Chris because he was not that much prepared and Dice because it was too much stress for him. So yeah when it comes to this battle live... It was interesting. First round of Chris I understood why for example he won the wildcard for gbb and won France Championships. His sounds were extra clean and the filter on drums was on point. Only mistake he did was recording of his drums on the beggining. For the first time he record it without filter but quickly realised that. So yeah positively suprised. First round of Dice was not so great. His pattern and strenght of drums was fire but bass was super overwhelming. It was actually almost only thing that we could hear, the bass and the drums. I'm shocked of how good mixed it is on youtube actually 😅 And of course feedback was hitting hard (you can hear it well at the beggining in video). The only sick drop from that round was last drop when we finally heard something else than the bass. Second round of Chris is his wildcard to gbb 2020 (that's why it sounded familiar to you). I was scared that it would be too weak on stage but again I was suprised. This guy is just made for showcases. Nothing much to say here actually. Only mistake he did was a the end of his round when he rushed with that last "drop". Second round of Dice... That start was suprising and it could be even greater if that "Everyday I'm dreaming" part was not affected by feedback. I really thought that Dice can recover from that first round but after sick first drop things got too busy. He wanted too much and it didn't worked out. So yeah... You can be confused as so many people voted for Dice live even when he had so many issues. It was because of hype and that majority of beatbox community expect edm drops in loopstation battles. Again I'm happy that you actually was listening properly and saw that Dice had many mistakes. Thank you for reaction and have a nice day/night 😁❤

You talk nonsense it's not dice's fault that sound checking is not given importance and if you watched dice vs Chris on the live version not this cleaned one you can hear that the only problem of dice's round is the feedbacks and other than that it's still clean and powerful, if you don't believe my opinion you can ask saro the GOAT why he voted for dice

I know that soundcheck was only a minute for everyone and I know that Dice's sounds were powerful, I was there live. That's why I also wrote about the bass because it really was too much and not only for me. Also yes, Feedback was a problem (well for almost everybody) in Dice's rounds, and I forgot to wrote about it.

Audio issues. The videos released on sbx channel has the audio edited so it’s gonna sound good most of the time where when they were live there were many mess-ups

@@zas_uf Oh man... If only the venue was like in gbb 2019, all of the battles in every category would have gone different. I wish that Swissbeatbox will sacrifice bigger venue and audiance for better quality overall in gbb 2023 😌
