Speaking of domestic automation. They have a 12v adapter I would like your take on. I know you had a video on lighting a room but I would like to do a wrgb with white being the room lighting so I would need the extra brightness and wasn't sure if the 12v addon board is 12 into it and it will supply 5v for the other board or if I'm wrong in my assumption.

the L shaped desk actually looks really good where it is, I dont know if it's because it's unique and hardly any one does it, or if it's just how everything around the desk and on top are laid out. It gave me some inspiration to do the same with my desk, because where it is right now, I dont have room for a night stand by my desk and switching the desk around would allow me to have an area to put my phone when I'm sleeping.

Looks fantastics, one tip I would say is spraypaint the boom arm for your mic and the elgato light stand white and skin the monitor bezel in white. Overall a beautiful setup and you should submit it to setup wars. 🖤🖤

@@ChrisMaherDIY ​ I'm delighted to see my product used in your setup. When I first got into WLED I though what a fun an amazing tech. I built project after project. I was trying to share my passion with some of my friends & family and found that dealing with D1mini pins and usb drivers was a barrier for 8 out of 10 of the people I showed it to. So as an experiment I put together some custom PCB, preloaded WLED and gave them away. I found it flipped it and that 8 out of 10 people could successfully use the product now. It’s still not for everyone, but it does put WLED in the hands of a lot more folks. And then I wondered, could I sell these on Amazon & use the proceeds to help fund my education. As of right now I have sold 625 units so far. It’s exciting!

Great setup, I mounted LED to my baseboards, however I utilized the space behind the baseboards to conceal all cables and then had them run to outlets out of sight with cable covers.
