Where there other folks doing the trail either before or after you that were anywhere close? You always do such an amazing job with your vids. Thank you for sharing, God speed

+Betty Sweet Two guys were a couple weeks ahead of me, but they quit near the halfway point. I know of a few people that started about a month after I started. Thanks for watching.

You haven't mentioned, but I have been wondering how that solar panel is working out for you. As always, very high quality videos. I don't know why you don't have 5 or 6 thousand subs.

+Francis Kemp Thanks. Solar panel worked great. Only used my battery on the few cloudy days.

Love your videos and this region of Arizona. Try the fudge from the ice cream shop it's amazing. Trails seems to be pretty empty have you seen many people on trail. Thanks zach

+Zach Rinehiner Thanks. I started the trail early, so I didn't see many people.

Chris, can you tell me why you ditched your trekking poles? I'm a hiker newbie and my poles have saved me from quite a few falls. I'm nearly as agile as you but I don't think I could hike ups and downs without them.

That should have said NOT as agile as you.

Glad you will be ending in Utah. You should explore our 5 national parks and post videos from each. Beautiful trails in each Park. Stay safe and happy trails! Hiker Steve

Another though about the Parks in Utah. This should be a MUST for you. In Zion National Park, there is a trail called "The Narrows". This trail should be done in September, because the you hike in the Virgin River and water levels are low and safe. This hike is a pilgrimage for Utahans. Google "The Narrows" in Zion Park to see photos of this hike.
