@ChrisBirchNZ2 ай бұрын
Definitely mastering your rear brake modulation and control is a very important skill. We’ve got it all covered at the say no to slow videos saynotoslow.nz
@C_R_O_M________2 ай бұрын
Meaning on/off? You just need more practice to get the feeling. You could try wearing trials boots that have a softer sole and thus greater feeling than MX boots but take it easy with them as they don't offer that much protection. As a rule of thumb one needs to apply the rear brake a fraction of a second before the front (in low traction conditions in general) to get the forks a tad compressed, it helps a lot with chassis stability and increased traction for the front thereafter.

Those gigantic dashboards look terribly out of place on a big adventure bike. They are going to get damaged easily. Also whats the point of big screen with so little data on them, the same is with car screens. Gigantic screen, but only few words and a picture over the 10" screen. awful idea to do it on a this kind of bike.
@ChrisBirchNZ2 ай бұрын
The main reason for the bigger screens is that’s what people say they want. That’s why KTM and all the other brands are doing it.
@dax48122 ай бұрын
@@ChrisBirchNZ Not sure about that mate. To whoever I talked, nobody is happy about the big screens. *this* big screens. If there was android auto integrated, that would maybe make it better. But having a almost 10" tablet in front of you, only to display a picture of the motorcylce and on the side, "rain, street, off road" options, is not what people thought about bigger screens. These screens will get damaged easily. And I bet they are expensive to replace.
@jonasbaine35382 ай бұрын
@@dax4812 the new screens are touch screen now WITH gloves on. People definitely want that. I do think KTM should make a ‘enduro r’ version of their big twin cylinder bikes that is COMPLETELY analog or remove as much computer electronics as possible. vtwin, basic enduro dash like the 690 has, rally suspension and fairing for the absolutely lightest possible big power adv bike experience. 1390 Enduro R👍🏾.
