The first 3 minutes of this video convicted me and what I’ve done over the past couple of months. I found a “passive” income that can make me a lot of money with little to no effort as long as I knew what I was doing. It took me coming to a bump in the road (for my passive income) to realize that I’m taking my energy away from my barbering career and putting too much of it into currency trading. Yes it can help me in the long run, but I need to be established in this barbering career before I can add on a 2nd business or passive income. Thank you for this video Chris, my life needed it!

How about opening a hybrid barber/hairstylist shop, after getting your licence for both, in order to cater to a wider market? Shops usually can't do both so it seems logical to merge the two for it to be innovative enough to catch on. The goal is to own multiple hybrid shops, starting by cutting in my own shop (skipping the part where I work for someone else) and renting out chairs.

How about we just all stand together. Have everything in order. Work efficiently and ask for a raise. So many "regular barbers are being underpaid due to owners of barbershops strong arming us. This video is great but for the average normal barber many times the difference between growing steadily and over working only to remain stagnant is 5 to 10 percent.... But many barbers never get a raise because we are too nieve/not using collective leverage. Most barbers think about themselves and never speak as 1.
