I have spent the last 5 months studying and learning everything I can about residential HVAC. I was completely unprepared for the amount of information and calculations that need to be done to properly size and design an HVAC system. So needless to say that project has been shelved for a few more months while I continue to learn and prepare for changing out our entire HVAC system.

1:31 dang, that's the key, I wish the builders woulda done it right! Reworking retrofitting after drywall goes up is sooooo avoidable. Some things change, like cable, phone lines, etc, but ventilation, sewage, drainage, plumbing, electrical all need the best of the best, the most of the most while it's all accessible. When I flip on my three AC units I want the house cool in 60 seconds!
