Pat believes in God and he is a Spiritual master. Whether he believes it himself or knows it, Im not sure, but Padre Pio told me so in a dream. Listen to Departures. He was always a profit. I think the reason he says he quit music; (not exact quote) is something close to; "My current beliefs no longer sync with the politics/lifestyle I've always promoted with my music" is that he has found Jesus Christ. I thank God we have you on the team Pat.
@commanderfoxtrot4 жыл бұрын
Scenes From The Struggle He’s pretty anti-christianity in a lot of his songs. Do you really think he found god? Wake up from the fever-dream that everyone finds god. If he ever found god, he’d kill him. He did say in one of his songs that he’d “get that bastard some day.”

I was a loner until there were no friends left And before someone offered me drugs, Y'know, I was straight edge And everyone quits till you offer them a ciggarette Before we learn our lesson, Lets see how bad things can get And I'll drink myself to death, Or at least I'll drink myself to sleep! Chain smoke my way through the gaps in between My aspirations and my apathy. As we drive past the last exit to home I am waving goodbye and I might be sleeping in the ditch tonight But it's all right 'cause whiskey is my kind of lullaby! I was sober all morning till I woke up this afternoon And before someone offered me a job ya know I was gonna get one soon And everyone in this town sleeps till the calendar collids with June, Before the booze wears off lets take another shot or two. And I'll drink myself to death, Or at least I'll drink myself to sleep! Chain smoke my way through the gaps in between My aspirations and my apathy As we drive past the last exit to home I am waving goodbye and I might be sleeping in the ditch tonight But it's all right 'cause whiskey is my kind of lullaby! I played this song in rehab and pissed a few people off, but the last fucking thing Pat’s actually doing here 3:40 is glorifying substance abuse. If it wasn’t great on certain levels none of us would’ve kept doing it until it ruined everything. It’s okay to reminisce about the good, interesting, instructive parts of the life (but super glad I’m not railing pills anymore). We didn’t do it for no reason and there’s no reason not to embrace the mistakes that made us who we are.

@hagridsdisappointingson7694 жыл бұрын
Gabe Kiser their reasons don’t matter. I met him a year ago in a supermarket and talked to him for a bit. The reason he quit making music is because he got sober. He doesn’t want people to connect him cause he’s done with this part of his life, that’s why he has no social media. Trying to get into contact with him is selfish, unnecessary and goes directly against his wishes regardless of your/their goddamn reasons.
@fangerboardin47414 жыл бұрын
Suckmydictionary yeah because wanting to talk to your friend is selfish? If anything pat is being selfish by not letting a soul know how he is doing. I don’t give a shit if he never sings again that’s his choice but I would like to see him again and if that’s so wrong than I’m sorry .
