In this case, the occlusal plane got flatter after treatment for the extrusion of the upper first molar, this is unfavorable for the patient in recurrence of the class III maloclusion, isn´t it?

Yes bro. Meron close to this one. My dentist had me a digital xray of my side profile and front jaw tulad ng nakikita natin sa vid. She gave me damon braces at grabe, gumanda profile ko at nagka jawline after 1month. I suffered from class iii malocclusion with midline shift and a tempomandibular joint disorder. For class 3 underbite, is a lower 2 premolar extraction followed by braces any better than this?

I think with lower premolar extraction the upper molars have no partner in the lower arch to support, so either 4 premolars or molar extraction for class III

why did u chose to extract the seven when you could’ve just extract 4 and 5?

he showed the width of the teeth, the 4,5s are 7mm in width. while he needs minimum 9mm
