Mose's story is scary close to home because i live in panama city around this time, but my friend's religious family (with very the same strong bible names) lived next to the high school we went to. His freshman year was the first year not being home schooled. Tbh kinda freaked me out for a min.

I know Moses is a comedian and jokes is how he deals with his trauma. That being said he turned into such an awesome guy despite having narcissistic, dead beat parents. On another podcast he was saying he taught himself to read at 18 with hooked on phonics. All the odds stacked against him and he turned that shit into success. So impressive, imo. 💕

If by any chance Moses sees this, there's this guy that I'm working with that will write the story of other people's lives and publishes them out for people. I have had the displeasure of having a childhood of nightmares that I literally got told by multiple psychiatrists that they couldn't handle talking about any of the details because it was too traumatic for them to hear. The guy that writing my book is one of very few people who ever knew the truth of how bad my childhood was a times

When I see comments like this I can't help but wonder why you're putting yourself through such an old, bitter and jaded process when you should know better if you're so old and jaded. Be grateful for what you get, we're spoiled as hell to even get all these podcasts in the first place. Us old people have got to remember when instant access to media wasn't a thing, imagine having to pre-record every podcast you watch on VHS and wait for the TV to be available to even watch it. We have an embarrassment of riches these days so don't take it for granted
