Baby doesn't have eye focus.. he doesn't track anything at all just looks off into space. Definitely needs a vision and hearing test. All that noise in there and he doesn't turn his head to even look around. She just flops him around like a rag doll. At 7 months no sign of independently moving any other part of his body other than his hands going to his mouth.

Fetal alcohol syndrome. He has all the classic facial deformities of FAS and will have growth issues. The damage isn't only physical. Children affected with this often have low IQ. He will struggle to keep up with his peers in every developmental way. He needs to be evaluated by a pediatric neurodevelopmental specialist so the proper intervention can begin asap. I studied FAS extensively in college and it's heartbreaking.😢

Drinking alcohol while pregnant can cause serious neurological issues including sight issues. Looks like poor Jr may not be able to see clearly as he doesnt make eye contact(judging not only by this video but many others I've seen). Junior also seems extremely delayed in hitting milestones. I freaked out when I saw that, even if it wasn't hot I still automatically cool it down, it's INSTINCT. That baby can barely open his mouth and he never reached for the plate when the food came out, what that means is he is not ready for table food. Baby needs a bottle. I'm pregnant with my 3rd so I know these things as do a lot of other mothers commenting. A baby will let you know when he's ready for table food and that's by reaching for it, or opening his mouth when your spoon is lifted for yourself.

As a mother and a healthcare personnel I don’t know their life behind closed doors, however the majority of babies when there is anything in front of them, they would start grabbing to put it in their mouth. The babies has a blank stair with no neck movements and a very low pitch sound. I truly hope there is a treatment plan in action for this child, being early intervention is key.
