Im new here. Wondering if you both can start putting the weights you used for the exercise segment. Maybe even just saying heavy and light . Or 30lb, 15, and 5. So we can have an idea what to grab for ourselves. I use these programs at gym so i have my needed weights in front of me for quick transitions.

Welcome to the team Heather! 🙌🙌 There are some others who also do the programs at the gym and they suggested to add the weights used in the description so they can get them ready and plan before the workout starts so we also added the weights used in each description as well as before each preview of the exercise. The description works well because it will give you an overview of which weights both of us used during the whole workout so you can plan in advance, hope this helps! 😊😊❤️❤️
