at my local Lowe’s Wednesday I picked up the same flex turbo hammer drill kit for 149.99…. I already had the big flex hammer drill driver combo but couldn’t pass it up for the price

Can I not store Milwaukee batteries fully charged outside in the garage during the winter? The cold drains the batteries?

Yep, it'll drain them pretty quick and then kill it. I leave my tools in the garage but keep the batteries inside.

I had gotten the stacked lithium Flex combo that also included the impact driver and a second battery for $200 at Lowe’s right before they stopped carrying the combo. It was an insane deal, but it wasn’t for me. I found the drill very uncomfortable to hold for any length of time.

The drill is definitely heavy which will lead to fatigue. For short runs I like it for the ergonomics and size though.

Man those Bosch deals look pretty sick, but I can't commit to Bosch because I question their quality. I have read some terrible reviews on their website about pieces breaking off tools and their support sucking big time.

I can't comment on the support but their tools are top notch German-made. Doesn't mean they make all diamonds though.
