Actually, There is someone who did some in-depth research on Ado's vocal range, and apparently, her vocal range goes from E2 to C7. And even more incredible, these two extremes of her range were both live.

i would love to see you react to the group "Phantom Siita" or "ファントムシータ" they are a girl group that is PRODUCED BY ADO and Ado is giving the girls vocal coaching and direction for their songs. its really fun to see how Ado's style translates to directly from her to her students. they also have behind the scenes of some songs of the girls in the recording booth being directed by Ado (unfortunately not translated to english though)

Oh wow you nailed it there, the cusp of "aggressive clean singing" and distortion is a great way to describe her here. This girl singing on the razor's edge, so good. Love how when you listen to her or any artist for a time, you learn their -isms. Gotta love Ado's Adoisms. Omg I've been requesting this song for a while now, its absolutely my favorite of all time!! I've been hoping to see this for so long this fills me with so much joy :D its so amazing to see someone so skilled here the same thing as me and be able to pick out just how amazing her vocals are and how difficult this level of vocal mastery is! its just amazing oh my god, i genuinely can't explain how great of an impact this had on me, I can't stop smiling from this its also so gratifying to know that i'm singing "right" if that makes sense, and you're videos give me so much comfort in that. I have a vocal type very similar to ado's and I always thought something was wrong with my voice, but the way you describe her singing is exactly how it feels when i do, and you explain it as such a positive thing it keeps me wanting to learn how to sing without convincing myself that my voice is somehow "wrong," so thank you so much for that! :D

I don´t think it is something you would break down or analyse but you should definetly check out her kareoke videos on Ado´s yt channel, you can tell she is having a blast singing with her friends and how much personality she has. There is for example one of YAOSOBI Idol, Yonezu KICKBACK (chainsaw man) amongst others. I think you would really enjoying watching them!

I recommend "Rasen". This is a song from before and after Ado's debut, and is the theme song for a game featuring detectives and yakuza. I can't see it on her channel. You can watch it on the channel of "Jon Yakitory", whose singing ability has been attracting attention since before her debut. I can feel Ado's spirit in the way he sings.

Ado is actually managing and producing an idol group, they're called Phantom Siita and their theme is retro horror :) you can really hear her influence in their voices, i would highly recommend "Just Want to XXXX With You" (キミと✕✕✕✕したいだけ) and their newest song "Hanabami" (花喰み). they've also released videos for the behind the scenes of the vocals, you might find them interesting :)

Speaking of Jpop songs, I have a recommendation: Can you please do KikuoHana - ヒトガワリ(Hitogawari) Lyrics/Music by Kikuo Vocalist by HaNaTan/Yurica The vocals are intense, and hauntingly beautiful. It matches the meaning and emotion of the song perfectly, and it's really a masterpiece ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ (In fact, Kikuo also created the song Aishite, Aishite, Aishite (Love me, love me, love me) that Ado did a cover on, and you reviewed.) Ado just released a song she wrote the music and lyrics for, Shoka, it is extremely good and an honest glimpse into the struggles of her psyche. Highly recommend it for that alone but the musical styling is very interesting and as always her vocals are impeccable. Definitively more rock focused as well so quite tailored to your background
