My folks weren't much for nurturing. At 13 in the mits of the Beatles and all, like that kind of young music and stuff, my mother would watch tv like Andy Williams and this one I recall. I would come to the living room couch and sit with her. Nice times, but, now at the age of 71 I've been enjoying this song singing it at karaoke. ----- Grateful Ted.-----

there are so many ways to express how much we like this song, this whole song is great, Johnny voice as well the back vocals the lyrics and the sound of the music instruments used in this production is to my opinion,,perfect, but I keep listening to this song mainly because of the back vocals, I have to wipe my eyes almost eachtime I listen to this song! and I'm a old fart, love that song because there's a bit of my lifestory in those lyrics, cheer's to all listenners of this song!!🤗

Remembering this song and who I was when it came out, makes my heart long for those days again. Such beautiful lyrics, vocals by Johnny & the backup singers and the instrumental portions. Exceptional music that makes my heart feel such deep longing.

A couple walking hand-in-hand along a sidewalk -- the warm summer sun filtering through shade trees -- with this tune playing all around them. The gorgeous background vocals and flute augment Johnny's fantastic and soulful voice. This heavenly, sweet and nostalgic tune instills beauty, hope and love within the human heart -- and man, we can certainly use that in 2022. Thanks Chris' Lyrics.

@@mikebuck8846 -- It's funny/strange, that, just this morning as awakened, this tune began streaming through my mind. Odd, but wondrous. Maybe -- just maybe, my heavenly-resplendent wife wanted to send a "message" to me. This was one of our favorite tunes. Barb (RIP) Take care, Mike Buck.
