what if not everyone replies? can you force the poll to close and select a date from among the responses?

yes. You can schedule the meeting at any time. For example, if you email the poll to 10 people and get responses from 7, you can schedule the poll.

I schedule meetings for my boss by viewing her calendar. This feature would be so helpful for scheduling meetings, but I do not have full access to her email to begin using the Scheduling Poll. I do have access to her calendar to view/edit/schedule. Can I still use this feature?

How do you use the Scheduling Poll with a contact group?

I haven't tested it, but you should be able to create an email, add the contact group, click the plus to expand it, and then use the scheduling poll.

@@ChrisMenardTraining we expect better from their experience and collective knowledge, but it seems it's not being used or managed well from the top. They should know that many home office users are also business users, hence the basics need to match
