These bikes are insane. Chris tuned my wifes zh2 and even with a 19T sprocket on the front, it still power wheelies in 4th gear. Recently went drag racing and was trapping 140mph with the front wheel coming up crossing the line.

I did remote tuning with chris and the first few data logs were showing my front wheel in the air at the top of 4th. Same shit was happening at the drag strip. Gonna be putting a 19/44 sprocket combo to make it easier to put the power down.

Driving 800 miles to get my Z H2 flashed by Chris on Sept. 9th. I can't freaking wait. Full Brock's Pentacarbon, Sprint P08 airfilter. Then I'm spending 10th-14th at Tail of the Dragon.....great place to get used to 220+ HP bike I know. LOL!

If you ever get a ticket again, for ANY kind of road infraction/ victimless 'crime', here is a life hack for you.... Just write "WITHOUT PREJUDICE UCC1-308" above your signature, then go ahead & throw your copy in the trash because you won't be hearing about it again. Those revenue officers work for a corporation. Everything they do is UCC1 contract law. Tickets are contracts. UCC1-308 is a reservation of your constitutional rights & prevents you from entering into, or being compelled to perform under any hidden contracts....

I'm going to say that open/closed feature is a great exhaust feature. Honestly hope this starts becoming an option for other mainline exhaust companies. The open tone is still fruity and has a signature raspyness, but is not obnoxious and abrasive. The close tone is about like stock, but better tone.

best exhaust on the market in my opinion., i love the looks of it as well. the big mufflers are always the ones that look better than in my opinion. and it is the best of both worlds. quite to start the bike 7 in the morning in the neighborhood and loud enough to have fun. unfortunately, none of these are good enough for European homologation standards so its a shame. but it looks and sound the best

Have a gen 4 zx10r header and gen 5 zx10r yoshimura 3/4 exhaust on the wifes zh2. 21.4lbs lost with that combo and sounds awesome. You wont be disappointed if you get chris to tune it.

I did not. The exhaust with the valve closed is very small. I'm sure it would kill the power. It's not really designed to run the valve closed at wide open.

I also have a ZH2, but unfortunately I don't have an exhaust pipe that meets domestic regulations. I would like to flash the ECU someday, but it will not be possible for a while because it is no longer supported by the manufacturer. I really envy those who can take the plunge. By the way, a European tuner has managed to get 240 hp out of the ZH2, but it seems to require additional hardware for the fuel delivery and cooling system. At this level, the rear swingarm needs to be extended, and the sprockets and gears need to be changed for proper acceleration. This is not surprising since even the unmodified ZH2 fronts up in 4th gear. I support Kawasaki because they are headquartered in my hometown, but I think they could have been more aggressive with the ECU control.

These throttle valve values can only mean one thing: Kawa doesnt want this bike to be a new widow maker. 100% throttle less than 70% throttle outside of the ~6-8krpm range. To go the fastest you would need to open the throttle a little, then full for a moment and then shut it a little before shifting up 🤣 I mean it rides really smooth and probably prevents some stupid accidents but damn what a nanny.

i dont know anything about these other than they are (to me) uncomfortable. if they have 2 power modes like my zx14r it would be cool if you did a low power mode tune with the valve closed and a full power tune for when the valve is open. that way the tune can be switched on the fly.
