I purchase Ur template i got 1 Problem if im finish with the project task 1/1 why did it Not Go automatly on „done category“? How can it get there i want See my old project when im done😂

Added it to the template. All you want to do is just add filters for the done checkbox in tasks and percentage property in projects to where it doesn't display everything that's done. And then create another view for each, I recommend a list view, where you filter it to only show everything that's done.
