How to Style Adidas NMD R1

The NMD R1 has been out for several years now, but they continue to stay in rotation for a lot of people. However, the "meta" or general style for people has changed over the years, so if you still want to wear yours with a new style here's a step by step on how to do it.

Hey, Man. Quick question, what do you think is better, the Triple Black, or this colorway? I'm kind of torn between the two. I usually wear black clothes.

If you normally wear black clothes, the Triple Black is the way to go. I think the gum bottom on this color way may throw some black clothing off and limit what you can wear with these. My thought is that you'll be able to wear the Triple Blacks with more of what you already have. If you're trying to spice your wardrobe up or branch out a bit then go with these, and it will force you to buy clothes in the future that more closely fit this colorway. just my 2 cents.

These fit bigger than air max 90s. People usually go a half size down on them. Mine fit a little big.

Nope. If it didn't look like I had on socks, I didn't. You can, but I didn't. They were made to be worn without socks. It's why they don't have an insole.
