I LOVE this style of tap. The taps sound toned, like music! Doing this style, every sound matters. It reminds me of old Hollywood dancers like Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly. It seems like so much of today's tap involves loud stomping and hyper speed (never mind accuracy). It's a sharp contrast to what seems to be so popular in the competitive tap world, where it's all about volume and speed. I wish there was more tap like this out there!

Christopher Rice it’s something I’ve been wanting to do for so long. I just love it. It’s really hard to find tap teachers in Mexico but we are so lucky to have found our teacher. He is really strict but we learn a lot and fast. And he’s been great at getting everything he needed for us to keep on dancing from home. It’s been so fulfilling to start by not being able to do a shuffle correctly and by now it feels so natural. You’re still an inspiration, I want to dance like you someday.
