Those times my channel was not monetized therefore I could not care of what type of copyrighted music I was using on my videos, since my channel was approved for monetization (5-6 years ago) I must make sure I do not use any copyrighted music at all or even better, no music whatsoever, that's what I've been doing with all my videos for the past 2+ years. Sony HDR-XR100 already discontinued for a long time but you can use any good camcorder you find at Best Buy or any other electronics retailers. But then you'll need a professional camcorder mount as well. Drive safely.
