I’ve also lost a ton of weight by stopping drinking. I’m not 100% sober but I cut back A LOT. I drink maybe once or twice a month and the weight literally just fell off. Even when I order a drink I can’t finish it. I just have no desire anymore. I am so so tired of being hungover and wasting days being hungover. The weight loss is just a huge plus!

Not sure the Halloween makeup is triggering any fear at all but part of my awakening journey something I learned is to let fear guide you! Usually that anxiety feeling (often mistaken for gut) is telling you to do something to remove that fear. Gut is actually just something you 100% know, there should be no inkling of doubt.
