I honestly liked the diner episode. As someone who had colon cancer at 38 (and has lost track of how many colonoscopies I've had) drink CLEAR magnesium citrate. You don't have to drink that awful feet water they prescribe you. Magnesium citrate works just as good. And if you feel nauseous, breathe into a rubbing alcohol wipe. It's really helpful.
