That's what my daughter and I do, we watch any cooking show or movie than bam pause and go whip up anything we have in our fridge, it's an Asian thing, anything is good with garlic,onion and oyster sauce to stir fry.

Bamboo shoots are my absolute favorite Thai item like EVER. I used to get in trouble by Yaai bc I stole all the shoots out of the Gaeng Gai/Kaeng kai (wherever you're from you may pronounce differently) Thank you Yaai !

I love bamboo shoots and would be happy to eat it weekly. I love to stir fry it too. Will try this next time. Friends and my husband’s family will ask me for recipes and I don’t measure anything so it’s difficult to write it down. This is why I can’t bake because I can’t do recipes.
