O saw this a long time ago. Excellent acting with a Moriccone inspired music. A hidden gem. An underrated masterpiece

Totally agree, but the composer is Piero Piccioni, although the style is really very similar to Ennio.

I love both versions of this, the tv version and the theatrical release. If I had to choose, I’d go for the tv version as there’s more of it to enjoy.
