The excess.revenues of Philhealth are not for the government to keep because Philhealth currently owes hospitals huge sums of money. Naiipit ang mga hospital dahil Philhealth will okay patients subsidy but when it's time for hospitals to collect from Philhealth, pahirapan na. Kawawa ang hospitals natin.

I don’t agree with you when you said that the Philippines is still a third world country because when I was in high school in 1982, we were taught that Philippines was a developing country. Three decades past and when I came home from US in 2008, I was already surprised how our country has developed. More so now that infrastructures have been built and more are being built. There’s always poverty in every country even here in US so it’s not a single qualifier for being a poor country. I would suggest that you might research on this before you make a claim because I’m proud of being a Filipino and the progress it has made so it deserves at least to say that it’s developing. I like to listen to your wise analysis but on this aspect, I would say that I’m not on your side.
