Not every anime does this type of thing. The special thing about this was that Linked Horizon have a whole album's worth of music they did for AoT, so they could hold an entire concert for this album.

Hello. I found your response refreshing. Living in Japan, anime-themed concerts are quite common, so I'm not that surprised. Are Japanese people really crazy? However, most of the concerts are just a collection of music from a number of anime works, and there are very few works like "Attack on Titan" that can be performed for a two-hour concert with just one work. The most famous is "Space Battleship Yamato," which has been updated many times over the past 40 years. In 2024, the concert will be held in various places with a full orchestra, drums, guitars, chorus, etc., and is a support project of the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan.

Attack on Titan is just built different. Linked Horizon has built their career off this show and are very popular because of it. Hiroyuki Sawano is also very exceptional and a lot of people were introduced to his music through Attack On Titan. There are other shows that capitalize on their soundtracks and have large concerts, but not like AOT.

I highly recommend you watch the anime Vinland Saga. It is very, very beautiful and similar to the drawing of Attack on Titan, and the story is deep.🔥
