So delighted to see this ; Serendipity is real: I can attest I was 8 years old riding a bike with training wheels and when the wheels came off I was AWFUL kick starting and balancing - I had none of the skills OR the intention OR courage of falling off the bike again, or for that matter EVER getting back on the bike : I gave it up forever.... Until 7 months ago when I took the free Learn To Ride lessons at Roosevelt Island in NYC . I kept coming back, I took the advanced courses, and kept improving: And now I spend 10+ hours a week biking as a Uber Eats/Merchant/Rush messenger (The Joseph Gordon Levitt Premium Rush Life) . Came so close to never biking in my life, and now at 27, I swear to my bike. Makes me feel like Im 7 Serendipity is so real. The mind has a way of luring you back into a lost passion.

OMG... That was totally me when I was 5 years old playing soccer. I could only dribble straight and when you had the ball everyone was trying to get it away from you so it was terrifying so I just would run up and down the field like that yelling at everyone to go this way or that way. The only difference is, I never made flower crowns and I gave up soccer for horses. :)
