Have a fully custom Christensen 338 RUM my elk thumper! Loves the Barnes TTSX and TSX 250 grain. 5-shot group I can cover with a quarter.. truly a remarkable piece of equipment... 1 and done!

I saw one of these in a local gun store/range and it stood out in all the other rifles around it. It was beautiful in my opinion, the pattern on it it is so cool and I think the trigger is funky looking but totally works with the gun lol I have zero experience with bolt action rifles but it was so light and the was definitely a 2lbish pull. I'd definitely be worried about the carbon getting damaged, I'd feel better with a silicone sleeve of some sort on the barrel out in the bush. The bolt was cool looking and very smooth. Some other commenter said it was US trash. Felt and looked pretty nice for a trash rifle lol Maybe the pretty pattern tricked my brain but I was impressed by that rifle and would gladly own one.

Excellent video, I have a Ridgeline in 7mm-08, it shoots half inch groups all day with Nosler 120grain BT’s, after the barrel break in procedure

You have access to so many quality European brands, why bother with poor quality US products. Sako Carbon Wolf is hands down better in every way.

I like the barreled action but hate the CW Stock.

Sako is great. I own one of them in 7mm Mag. And it is a great accurate shooter. The Christensen is over 1k less expensive, 1lb lighter, more maneuverable in thick cover and has many more optic mounting options. Though I really enjoy my Sako I would prefer a rifle (like the Christensen Arms sampling) for deep backcountry hunting in the western US. Weight becomes an issue after 10mi hiking up and down hills with rocky and uneven terrain. I have heard that the quality is a bit questionable regarding the Christensen. Which aspects of the rifle do you view as poor quality? Thank you.

You better not mean all US products are poor quality. If so take a look at blackout defense. They make AR15s with aero space engineers and equipment shooting half moa
