Thank you for this conversation. I give you a lot of credit, as a Christian, for engaging lovingly and respectfully with an obviously spiritual person whose world view and practices are quite different from your own ! As a Progressive Christian myself, I value very deeply this kind of connecting. One Spirit, one humanity, many flavors. As we become more and more connected globally, this movement of opening and affirming each other’s perspectives and beliefs is what we so need.

There couldn't have been better timing on this, I've been along for a few years with your work as well as Vervaeke, and his friends. I've been fundamentalist Christian, fundamentalist atheist and now find myself somewhere between and looking for "home". I've had a number of deeply spiritual experiences that have helped me understand that many of the mystical traditions around the world are all saying the same things with different language depending on culture etc. even if the exoteric traditions were fighting and killing each other. The esoteric comes directly from the mystical core and the tarot speaks to that core. I too was hesitant regarding divination cards (and the word witch) but have found the practice very intuitive and helpful with my spiritual self development. It certainly helps that every teacher I have discovered has reiterated the same thing which is the cards are looking out for your best interest and anyone who tries to use them to cause fear in anyone else should be avoided at all costs. Even the scariest cards like the death card or the tower card are there to remind you that all things come to an end and transformation is constant. Nothing is stationary all is in revolution and cyclical. Another fun thing about the tarot is that it is a synthesis of many esoteric traditions all smashed into one easily readable and inexhaustible deep as a source of esoteric wisdom. I am still a neophyte but I found this to be overwhelmingly positive and a great way to break the ice in conversation starters. Okay I'm rambling now good luck and thank you.

A touchy subject but I would like to hear more about her ‘woke’ stance (her tribe). Is the spirit world also woke in her view? Would she say woke is her religion?
