I drifted away from God for a while. I struggle severely with anxiety and panic attacks, and recently the triggers have been coming at me relentlessly. The Devil tells me I don't deserve to go to God again after leaving him after all this time, but I open my Bible to a drawing I made several years ago of Jesus hugging me and saying "completely held and always invited" next to Psalm 23:4. It hit me so hard, and now here I am trying to fall asleep with asmr and Jesus❤

You are never too far gone. Think of the vers with the father running with open arms towards the prodigal Son. Also think of the vers that someone who repends and finds God again is more celebrated than a righteous person who thinks they are too good to repend. He loves you.

I honestly was having a horrible panic attack right now and it's so hard to pray when I have these and my medication isn't working too well. So I genuinely searched 'christian asmr' wondering if it existed and clicked this and I thank God for this so much. I had a stressful day today. I had to get a blood test waited around for hours. I have a lot of anxieties so I get nervous and scared before stuff like blood tests and doctor visits. I don't follow/believe/ am faithfull in any religion in specific, but i do believe we all need to feel peace and blessed at times by whoever we believe. Maybe the universe, maybe by christ, even maybe by ourselfs. Feeling at peace and knowing someone higher got your back, even if it is our highest selfs, is a need sometimes. The sheet / veil over the camera was really nice. It would be nice to see that again. This Saturday I received some new troubling health news about another family member. Some of my family's reaction to the news was distressing and interfered with my peace. I spent Saturday with my heart and mind troubled. After some quiet time in prayer, the promises of God reassured me and I was able to be still. Thank you for reminding me about the relationship between God's Hope and God's Peace. I will not allow others' behavior to change my behavior. Regardless of their behavior, I will seek and follow God's Will and rejoice in our Salvation.

Personally when I follow god, I forget to ask for help from the father and from the people I love. Here’s a reminder for anyone of you out there struggling and forget sometimes it’s okay to hurt and that god can bind up the wounds in our heart.
