I am married, and thank God everyday for snapping me out of my previous views of dating and doing things my way. I met my husband and we waited for marriage to live together and for physical intimacy and God blessed us for it. God bless you two!

me and my partner had the same discussions about keeping our boundaries because like you guys we did not see nobody in our respective family waiting until marriage before having sex or living together... there are times when it is hard and the temptations come but with God in the midst all things are possible and its truly beautiful seeing couples like you showing us that it can be done. well done :)

I lived with my husband for a year before we got engaged and it was hard but also a beautiful journey of growth. I learned so much about myself and fortunately we had a level of maturity where we listened to each other and our needs. We’ve have been married for a year and both agreed that it made our first year of marriage much easier bc we went through it beforehand. However, we instantly knew the moment we met we were gonna get married we both were what the other person was praying and believing for. Also I have been following since you were coming at us frooom....you already know! Lol y’all are very cute. Lifelong Christians who are “following all the rules” just should not dismiss their values but understand that everyone’s situation is different. I completely agree! I feel like often times when I watch these kind of videos they are very judge mental. No one is perfect and everyone has their own situation and their own relationship with God. I believe only God can judge and yes it’s great to hear other opinions, but sometimes it seems like it’s making Christians who may believe in a different way wrong. At the end of the day God is the final judge. I believe living with my boyfriend has mad our relationship 10x stronger and I know he’s the man I will marry. My fiancé and I live together and we've just began pre-marital counseling and the pastor is not happy at all and has suggested that we live separately until we are married. I now feel bad for even moving in with him, but truly I wasn't aware how wrong this was. We are working on our relationship with God and so I'm considering taking the pastor's advice and starting a clean slate even though we've already did the "sin". I am in the same situation now I am a virgin while he is not. And we haven't had any sexual activity while living together. Getting married next year. I was advised against it but I had other situations that kind of pushed us into living together. It hasn't been an issue for us (sex) at all and I thought it would have been from what everyone was saying. But by the grace of God we are okay. We put boundaries in place, we rarely kiss etc so it has been easier. We don't try to tempt each other.
