Here’s the acts prayer 1. Pray (these 4 parts) A. Acknowledging God in your life. C. Confessing to him. T. Thanking him. S. Supplication (asking him for his Holy Spirit to enter you.) 2.Reading a chapter of Proverbs in the Bible for that day whose chapter number corresponds to the day of the month, i.e., on the 15th, we read proverbs chapter 15. 3. 7 minutes of silence. [The 7 min. of silence is used to focus on The most Holy place within us and block out the noise of the outside world.]

You are definitely not alone - I struggle with that as well sometimes and what really helps me is to remind myself of some key verses that speak truth over my worth & value in God’s sight vs. the world’s or even my own at times. Here are some that come to mind but I can def keep in mind to make a video about it!❤️ Psalm 139:13-14 and 1 Peter 3:3-4 and Ephesians 3:18!!
