Happy to see you, Vivian! The sound in this video was low. I really had a hard time hearing you throughout the video, except when you were making the tuna. I could really hear that. But anyway, this video was still great and I really enjoyed it. It helped me to know that I need to get back to getting up early and reading my Bible and spending time with God and praying even if I do not feel like it. As you showed in this video you don't go by your feelings, do what you know is the right thing, the thing that will bring you closer to GOD, which of course is what I want always. Right now I am using 1UP because they were gifted to me. It’s more in the pricy side but I really like dymatize iso100 on Amazon they have really good deals on that one. When I have to purchase my own that’s the one I prefer 😁
