(You need time and many steps to climb up the stairs) But in Islam there is something called 'sabrr' ( which can be translated as patience, but not necessarily involving 'time' , but may involve clarity )! So as soon as most of the fog has cleared (your questions, but maybe not all of them), and you can see the path is correct, try to make a decision; meaning when your 'yes points' are greater than 'no points'! You will learn what is not clear now, or what you need, in good time. What I am advising is: make a decision when the main principles are good for you! Good luck. It is also something to note, that even though the surah is named after him (peace be upon him), all of the surah is basically a reminder, and not about himself. In fact, it is the same with the whole 604 pages of the Qur’an. It shows that the Qur’an is sent by God as a reminder to humankind, and not something that prophet Muhammad wrote to promote himself or anything like that. Peace, sister. Sister Ceci you will never know everything about Allah nobody can know everything in Islam. It takes all your life to learn about Allah and prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Just learn about the Aqeedah of the Sunnah then if your belief takes the shaddah (testimony of faith) which is that you believe in Allah and prophet Muhammad as the messenger of Allah.
