Jesus spoke with authority because the Christ spirit was within him, and was one with him, and dwells within us all, like a mustard seed ready to grow into a great tree. Jesus's ability to perform miracles was diminished in his homeland, for people lacked faith because they knew him before he was realized. Further, Jesus doesn't lie, so why would he tell a crowd that the dead girl to be raised was only sleeping if not for a purpose? Was she actually just sleeping and he didn't perform a miracle? Or was she dead and he lied? Neither, for Jesus said let the weak say they are strong. By telling the crowd that she was only sleeping, he broke their certainty for a moment so that he faith would be uncontested so that as he saw would be realized. Listen not to me, but to him.

And if it's just completely impossible, and you're hitting roadblocks all the time, it's probably not of the Lord, but think about this. If I were to completely chase my ambition, without consulting the Lord, wouldn't I achieve it by myself in my own strength? Because many people do, but all they've done is let their own desires take over the Lords. So if I were to chase my ambitions at full force while consulting God in the process wouldn't I have a clear understanding that if things don't Go my way, it might be because since I was in constant communication with God I would then be able to recognize whether or not God's Hand was in it in the first place?

Please do leave it there. We are not called to be rich. Paul said in Philippians 4:12 that he knew wealth and he experienced poverty but he would still be content. God may bless us with wealth or he may not. Be careful of the pursuit of wealth. Some people are called to be poor or at least have seasons of poverty. There's nothing wrong with striving to improve ourselves and provide for our family but the moment we get entitled about it or put it above God we fall into sin.

Plus, there are people in other countries who eat 1-2 meager meals a day and live with 1 set of clothes, no shoes, and 1 room with their entire family, sleeping in the floor...but they are genuinely happy. From Paul, in Philippians 4:12: I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

Jesus told the woman that her faith healed her. I think manifestation can be dangerous because it takes out God’s will in a certain part of your life. But by faith I trusted God to heal my daughter. She is alive today. I’m not sure how to explain it but I know we have to have faith in God to heal.

If you believe in God, you believe in His sovereignty. There hasn’t been one problem I’ve encountered on my walk that I wasn’t fully aware He could solve. I do think we have to be mindful that there are still limits and He’s not a fairytale genie or an exaggerated version of Himself. He created Earth in 6 days. Not instantly. So I try to be fair with what I expect of Him or what I ask for. But I’ve been pretty impressed the vast majority of the time. I’m glad that certain pieces of my personal puzzle managed to fit in to His plan. I just hope the end result is good news for me. I’m glad your daughter is safe btw.

Our faith is generally required (I believe that God will sometimes still heal unbelievers to show himself) but our faith is more like the key that activates the car. The key can't take credit for driving, only opening the door to get in. Like we can't take any credit for God's miracles. Our faith may help us to be receptive to the miracle but we didn't do the miracle.

You are utterly blinded by your unbelief and arrogance! Trusting God for His promises isn't foolish or dangerous--its the smartest and safest thing you could ever do. This isn't new age manifestation--trust the Lord for some spiritual discernment instead of your own carnal/soulish mind. You forsake God's blessings out of some irrational fear over being labeled as "prosperity preaching/gospel". You believe the devil more than God. God will still bless you, but you'll say it was you that earned those blessings rather than gratitude for the Lord Jehovah Jireh who provides those blessings. This sin of unbelief brings a curse upon yourself and is an open door for self-righteousness and pride. I've witnessed, received, and been the hands through which God did more miracles than I can even remember and have great faith in God for it, but those blinded by unbelief will see the same miracle, the same answered prayer, God providing the money they need and they say it was luck or literally be miraculously healed by the Lord and still give credit to their baffled doctors for a softball sized tumor disappearing instantly. It's disgusting that the majority of the body of Christ is so demonically deceived the outright refuse to believe the whole Bible and make excuses as to why it doesn't mean what it says. Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand and you will need to trust on His supernatural power for what is to come--not just self-deception, psychological tricks, and dissociation that is blind faith of the world.

I get what you are saying but I don't entirely believe that. It is important yo believe that when we ask that we will reçeive. God does provide for us, and he does heal us, he also makes a way for us when we feel like there is no way out. When we ask it is important not to doubt and he will work all things for his glory. But it is important to believe that when we ask he will provide. That being said I know that that is not the end all or be all of our faith, but it is a part of it.

@@rf7477 God’s plan is very clear from what he has set for our time on earth and shortly after, we aren’t all knowing and we don’t need to be, I’ve been more than blessed in my life by God, I’ve been set free from addiction and God has talked to me in many ways. His plans for us are good but the issue is when we think we know what is good for us when we don’t. We aren’t meant to be poor and without any help or power and money, in fact the church has a big role in helping those who are in need specifically the widows and the poor and crippled. God hasn’t left us without direction. Not everyone is gonna be rich and that’s fine and not everyone needs to be to live the life God has for them in fact it points even more to glorify God because it shows we aren’t attached to worldly things.

What makes it wacky? He's talking about conceiving thoughts here. "as a man believes in his heart, so is he" so to speak. The idea here and what he's talking about is not just conjuring up any vain imagination and it will come true, but to understand that these things he's talking about are spiritual truths defined by God, and you access them by your belief. You can't have anything you don't believe you can have. If I, being worldly(using this as an example, not speaking truthfully) see myself as some poor kid grown up in the projects who will never escape poverty and be financially free, then I limit my potential by my belief. I will never become financially free because I don't believe I can become financially free. The same applies here to us, particularly exemplified by healing. Scripture says that Jesus went into towns and was unable to heal people(who he had the intention and will to heal!) because of their unbelief. Those people either believed they couldn't be healed, or denied the power of the one that could heal them, and thus couldn't receive. This is what Andrew Wommack means. You have to fully believe that what the word of God says is true, and that you can receive it, and then you have to believe that you will receive it. Anyone who says that the gospel of Jesus Christ does NOT preach healing of all kinds, and abundance in every area does not understand the gospel. Now, when I say abundance in every area, I do NOT mean you will automatically get your million dollar mansion on the hill(albeit possible, each according to his own gift and what he sows, one 30, one 60, one 100 fold.) but spiritual abundance also. Of course God says that it is hard for a rich man to enter heaven, and that one who is poor and believes is better than one who is rich and does not, but that does not imply that the two are mutually exclusive. The POINT is that we seek the KINGDOM FIRST, and do not covet or desire for earthly riches, not that we can't have them. Otherwise why do we have "Seek the kingdom first, and all these things will be added unto you." It's like marriage, which Paul explains in length in Corinthians. It is not sin to marry, and to each person is given a particular gift, whether of marriage or celibacy. Paul says that he'd prefer ALL to be single, as he was because "The husband seeks how to please his wife, and the wife how to please her husband." Ref 1 Cor. 7:32-34, notice in vs 35 however he says this "This I say for your own benefit; not to put a restraint upon you, but to promote what is appropriate and to secure undistracted devotion to the Lord." He's saying that God needs to be first. This same thing applies everywhere else. Just as marriage is not sin, prosperity and health should not be treated as such, but are great blessings that we should look forward to! But Christ comes first, and as with the young ruler, we need to be kingdom focused. These things are good, but temporal. If you are called to give them up, give them up and serve Christ to death. If you are blessed and gifted with these things, steward them well. But I see no reason why someone in poverty can't believe for financial gain.

In order to let God give you something you truly want you must have a good WHY. For exampleI want money not just for peace of mind but also to help the world, feed the poor make foundations and organizations, help homeless, build water wells etc.

I get the point of not getting wrapped up or manipulated by your emotions based on circumstances, but why do we always want to argue or say to not think you can't let negative thoughts control you but these people always want you to let your positive thoughts control you? Both come from emotions. Emotions can almost every time be deceitful. We must be careful with both. God's will is prioritized, not our emotions.

Some Christian sects reject things - because of a focus on the new age movement- without fully thinking them through. This may be one of those cases. Did God give you an imagination? If He did, isn’t that a gift? Is your claim that satan gave you imagination? It sounds like it. But it isn’t true. God gave it to you. Like anything it can be used for good or bad. When you were a kid, did you imagine yourself hitting a home run or doing some thing you dreamed about? Sure you did. Was that evil? No. There’s nothing at all wrong with having a vision for your life, and in fact it’s a very good and normal thing to have. We never know the outcome- only God does- but nothing at all wrong with seeing a positive future for yourself. Read stories about POWs envisioning their futures. Happened all the time

When you are manifesting and speaking things into existence it's because you are energy frequency and vibration. In a human costume. And your words and thoughts carry a frequency That is powerful enough to where your body now must align... so it tries to respond & may have to create illness and disease if our thoughts are negatively and repetitively low vibrational like shame guilt remorse fear or regret. Versus the higher vibrations which we can stay in when we become conscious.... which is bliss joy peace love gratefulness Etc❤ until then, we are living in unconscious computer programs that get put into us by the time we are seven because our brains have no filter to filter out the lower vibrational energies. Even if the parents speaking negatively in the home. Even if they internally have fears. No matter what they say or how they behave, they cannot hide it from their children. Children are energetic intuitive beings that sense all of that.❤ When you have a desire and you want to focus on achieving that, because time is not linear and everything is actually happening right now.... you are speaking things into existence with every word that comes out of you and every word of those around you. Become conscious of what is around you. Yes your belief will heal you if it aligns with mind body and spirit. Not just the programmed mind. That's not strong enough to manifest. You must have energy in motion which is your emotions and mind body and spirit must align. Jesus taught all of this and how powerful you are to be able to do exactly what he can do and then heal others once you have healed yourself. God is Not manipulative or judgemental or punishing. Ask any child period children know better. That God is only love. That is what resonates with their beautiful inner being and that is it. The opposite of Love is fear. If there is anything speaking about God other than in love.... that is where the lies are you are a direct conduit and always connected to Spirit and source and Creator and God which is all the same thing. This guy is right. Your belief will not do it. You must align your mind body and spirit with the intensity of the emotions and the visualization that it has already happened- and then be grateful for it and sit in that vibration of gratefulness. It is no different than an intense prayer without putting up resistance or blockages or doubt. That's how you manifest everything that's ever already shown up in your life. Because you ARE that powerful. You are not a victim and you are not helpless. And all the Parables they were never interpreted properly, it's about your own power. You can connect with Jesus anytime you want. This man in this video says that just because you believe it doesn't mean we'll have it. Well then he's negating the intensity of the belief of those who believedJesus could heal them 🤦‍♀️ It is not a manipulative thing .. manifestation in speaking things into existence. That's how we got here. it is naturally how your being is meant to be. That's why you are called human beings. Not human doings. There's nothing you have to do to be accepted or loved. Just be. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. It is not a race nor is there any judgment. When you're speaking things into existence with the intensity of your emotions, the same way many people decide they're going to walk after being a paraplegic ... no matter what a doctor or anybody tells them. It's because we are in charge of our energy, no one else. Take your power back and nothing external can control you. This guy is correct in the video that when you think it in your heart.... he means feel it with intensity.... it will come to pass. And we each create everything that is happening externally by what we are focused on internally. He's absolutely correct saying that visualization with the intensity of emotions and intention is where the magic lies❤😊 The man with the beard is speaking with a mindset of Duality which is what this Earth is Shifting away from thank goodness.... because Jesus was waiting for this time in history... yes you are in charge but that doesn't put God somewhere else because Spirit is connected directly to you. What this man on the bottom of the screen is discussing is what Greg Braden and Joe dispenza and Bruce Lipton all speak about.... quantum physics. And the hidden gospels like the Gospel of Thomas which they didn't want the masses to know about so they can keep them enslaved and in victim mindset..... ultimately..... controlled😢 This time in history is designed for great Awakenings and freeing the self from the prison of the mind and the prior programming❤ when he says.. "be still and know that I AM God "he is referring to the fact that YOU are the great I am. And that anything that you speak after the words "I am".... you will absolutely bring into your existence. That's how powerful you are.❤ Your energy will flow where your attention goes. If you're envisioning doing wonderful things to help the world while you're chasing your passions, then you have aligned with your mission and purpose that spirit and yourself decided before you incarnated here. The real problem is that this man from the clip was arguing from a specific verse, and I do apologize because although I recognized the passage he was referring to I don’t remember exactly which one it was. Regardless, he was talking about the whole “your thoughts become your actions” shpeal which is definitely repeated through the NT. Perhaps not phrased like that but the point being the same: have clean/Godly thoughts = live clean/Godly life; have dirty/evil thoughts = dirty/evil life. If you know which passage I’m referring to drop it down below but basically the guy is manipulating every part of it to make it seem like God said something He didn’t. Edit: we need to figure out the root of his argument and dismantle it, not just counter on a surface level. That’s the only way to truly fight back, with a reiteration of exactly what God’s word says on the topic to which they refer in their narrative. Prosperity, new age, etc, all the same. Find the root, find the scripture, argue from truth.

Very true. Theyre taking him deeply out of context from a multi part series of 20 minute teachings. Plus he emphasizes a lot that being "prosperous" doesn't mean materialism, but recieving wisdom from God to get out of debt, seek better jobs, be able to care for your family/community. God wouldn't withhold those things from you, in James it says God will give wisdom to those who ask. And Jesus said specifically you shouldn't be anxious about what you'll eat, what you'll wear, etc. If you meditate and trust that God will provide for you, your prayers for help won't be double minded. What's so evil about that?
