Good day everyone, It is my heart's desire to release the grip of all anxiety, all doubt and all concerns that I have in my life. That ultimate goal of trusting God with EVERY area of our lives is our heart's desire. When we allow God to fill our hearts then His Holy Spirit expands as we enter His presence and as He increases and we decrease we begin to truly experience the peace that passes all understanding. True humility in not always easy because our default is to get consumes with ourselves (concerns, fears, cares...). Oh Lord, may I remain humble in all things.

Great meditation for me. I try to help people as part Of my Christian life in giving to others. I have one person that I know is using me. She is using her health issues to get money from medicaid,etc. She thinks I should drop everything to take her places, she has one other person she is doing this too. I usually wait 30 mts or more when she is suppose to be ready. She had foot surgery in Aug. Even the Dr. Doesn't understand what her problem is. She keeps using her walker even though she doesn't need it. It's making me angry and resentful. I don't like feeling like this. But I know I need to be humble and help people. She is not a Christian although I have tried to talk to her its a no go. She doesn't believe in organized religion. Thanks for letting me vent. Any suggestions? Yvonne

That was a nice talk, but it wasn't a meditation at all, not even close. You cannot talk relentlessly, as fast and energetically as a tv commercial (which is not a humble thing to do, by the way) and call it meditation, it's a lack of respect and an abuse of language. The criticism is not about what was said (it was a nice message) but about the WAY it was said. If you want people to actually meditate, you need to give the listeners' mind time to reflect instead of bombarding people with ideas. Just check what meditation is in any dictionary or check almost any other KZbin meditation video.

Exactly! Thousands of "meditation" channels on KZbin to choose from if one doesn't like this one. Meditation has very different meanings to individuals. Key word: Individuals It's quite presumptuous for any one person to assume that what they prefer is best for all. Amazing coincidence that this meditation was about reflection on humility.
