When I was young, it wasn't just me and my siblings that listen to the top hits, my mom does too. Even if there was a bit of cursing, my mom wouldn't mind as long as it won't affect me or my siblings(even if I do curse now despite being in a heavily Christian family). She wouldn't care what appears in the lyrics, all she cares if what me and my siblings will do. All she cares about is how will we continue our lives. My mom is heavy into the religion but she knows that limiting us won't help. She lets us be free with what we get, well mostly. I didn't really play first-person shooting games or get nerf guns cause she didn't want me to be aggressive. She was a great mom and it kinda sucks to see that not all moms aren't like this, and I mean the ones who act poorly towards their child.
