You are amazing. And God has made you with purpose and for a purpose.
But the truth is, sometimes we forget that. So I believe it's incredibly important to affirm ourselves in the truth of who God has made us to be.
I recommend doing these every day in the morning, starting your day with these powerful affirmations. But if you're in the middle of the day and you need to be reminded of truth, that's ok too!
You can do this seated, or while you're walking or doing other things...just make sure you squeeze them in!
