No it's not, Christianity does not share Islam's view of religion. Islam makes claims about many people from the Bible but none of these stories are true since Islam tries to twist them to make these people look like Muslims, which they are not. A simple point proves this: The Biblical prophets say that they are God's children and God himself calls them this - yet in Islam Allah denies he can be a father to anyone, the only relationship Allah has with mankind is a master to slave one (in Allah's eye's we are all only slaves) So, how can these 2 religions be similar?

So on what basis should I discuss with you if you don't even have an authentic version of the Bible on the basis of which one could discuss scientifically. As Muslims, we are obliged to respect Mother Maryam and Prophet Isa as our role models just like our Prophet Muhammad saw. It is not the same for Christians who worship and consider him as the son of God who died on the cross and redeemed the sins of humans. Because for us, that is only the teaching of Paulus interpreting his own thoughts. So did you notice how in the Quran mary didn't have to do anything to justify the birth of Jesus. He himself spoke when he was a couple of minutes old and told the people that he was a messenger from Allah and he was the Massaya. So nobody could even accuse Mary of anything. Btw. This is not the only chapter in Quran that talks about Mary. There is another chpter ( sourah) wich is called ( Al Imran) Imran was the father of Mary . ( Al Imran means the family of Imran)

very beautiful recitation... christians don't have this kind of stuff - the recitation with proper tajweed. THIS IS THE QUR'AN, THE WORD OF GOD. According to WHO 1,000,000 people commit suicide every year; that's 3000 lives a day. And, guess what? They found out that 60% of those people are wealthy people. So, they investigated snd studied and spent millions and millions on what would bring about happiness, since wealth doesn't. Eventually they found out a few elements that brings happiness to our lives, the main one and very first one was; peace of mind, and God says in Quran; indeed by mentioning Allah you get peace of mind.
