In this Christian Yoga Bedtime Bible Story class, we combine gentle, restorative yoga postures with a Bible story to help you slow down at the end of your day, connect with God, and prepare for a good night's sleep! Tonight, we hear the story of the creation of our universe as told in Genesis 1.
This class is made for all levels. We highly recommend grabbing some pillows, blankets, blocks, bolsters, or any other supports to help you enter into a space of care and rest.
