I was not able to eat without esophageal spasms and pains in my back for 2 months before starting this. I didn't even know what a Vagus nerve was. One the first day I was able to eat without discomfort or pain and everyday there after has been more pleasurable to eat. I have expanded my food pallette to many foods I ate before the spasms started. You are doing a great service to the people by sharing your knowledge. A thousand thank you's!!!!

Pl. don't mind uncalled for advice. My age and previous experience tells me overdoing any exercise especially such as these has psychic repercussions
@CorePathway
@CorePathway 2 жыл бұрын
@@SuperCkram you can’t just make a statement like this without providing context or resources to learn more. How much is over-doing it? What are the signs and symptoms? Are psychic repercussions positive, negative or neutral? . Personally i want psychic repercussions. I want deeply held stress and trauma to be released. . Edit: perhaps these trauma releases are what you were referring to: someone may do this for general stress relief and unwittingly bring the trauma from subconscious to conscious awareness. That could indeed be troubling for some who didn’t know that’s a possibility.

Thank you. Here are ways to stimulate your VAGUS nerve Alternate-nostril breathing Apply cold compresses to your face and the back of your neck Be quiet Breathe deeply and slowly Compliment others Connect with nature Diaphragmatic breathing, the slower the better Eat a whole-foods diet Exercise (within your ability/within your physician’s guidelines if you are being treated for upper cervical instability) Expose your skin to sunlight Have an attitude of gratitude Hum (such as a rhythmic Om) Laugh and giggle often Listen to calming instrumental music versus amped-up, heavy music Listen to music with uplifting, happy, grateful lyrics versus complaining, bitter, spiteful lyrics Sing (make a joyful noise!) Massage Meditate Nostril breathing (versus mouth breathing) Pray for your own healing and for others (including those who you may see as “enemies” or ones who have hurt you) Reflexology Regularly move your body Say “thank you” Smile as much as possible Take probiotics or eat probiotic foods Visit with people who lift your spirit versus make you feel crummy

Hi Amy, I’ve been suffering attacks of atrial fibrillation (high heart rate with fluttering where I nearly pass out) following hospitalisation for a sudden serious GI Bleed. My digestion is terrible and I have started recently with anxiety. I read an article by a leading cardiologist that AF can be triggered by the Vagus Nerve. I told my doctor I think it’s connected to my stomach but he dismissed this and just wants to increase meds. I prefer natural remedies and am so grateful to have found this video. I’m going to try this straight away- thank you so much…..🙏

I’ve been doing this for awhile now and it has been so incredibly helpful. I’ve dealt with panic/anxiety disorder for decades, used medication decades ago, managing on my own since because don’t want to be on benzos. This is by far the best thing I’ve come across and discovered when combined with deep and box breathing techniques. I find of I do it daily or every other day, even when not anxious, my anxiety is manageable. If I forget for a few days, anxiety spikes, but doing this helps bring it down into the manageable range again. I am trying to make this a daily habit about with my breathing techniques as well as medication. Stay with it! It helps!

Beside stretching romboïds and tennis ball foot massage, this techniques is also greatly complementary to breathing exercises when abs are tensed! Chronic disease also leads to mental health issues so i can't thank you enough for this. My best sign of efficiency is yawning which indicates i'm close to or currently switching to Parasympathetic. I think: 1- Life is the product of chemical reactions or combinations/decombinations. Chemicals that mix to create life are called biological chemicals. 2- Genes ascertain the way they mix, and, since, genes are also made from some of these chemicals, these biochemicals can also ascertain and alter the makeup of genes. 3- All organs are operated via the nervous system, so the nervous system operates all organs via these biochemicals. 4- The nervous system is itself made up of and modulated/regulated by chemicals, so these biochemicals can, in turn, affect the nervous system. i- The brain has the central nervous system for information or thought processing, learning, strategizing and executing. ii- The brain leverages the sympathetic nervous system for bodily action or sensory and limb modulation. iii- The brain has the parasympathetic nervous system for vital organ modulation. a-The sympathetic nervous system is modulated to meet the demands of the central nervous system. b-The parasympathetic nervous system is modulated to meet the demands of the sympathetic nervous system. c- Pain and comfort are the only stimuli felt by the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. You need to experience emotional discomfort or limb or sensory pain form your CNS to back off from your sympathetic nervous, and you also need to feel pain or comfort for your sympathetic nervous system to back off from your sympathetic nervous system. d- Muscular pain or ease/comfort or sensory pleasure/displeasure can, perhaps, even alter biochemistry to get the nervous system to heal itself, but more likely these just tell the higher nervous system to back off, without radically altering human biochemistry. 5- All biochemicals are made within our guts. i-The organs within our gut are made from the genes we inherit from our parents, along with the emotions they experience, so these most likely are perfected for peculiar environs, tasks, jobs and emotions repeated over centuries, whereas emotions most likely modify the genes for changes in the environment Mild emotions and physical exertion could incorporate incremental genetic mutations, whereas strong emotions and strenuous and repeated limb or organ abuse could trigger radical genetic changes within these limbs and organs or also the brain within the offspring. The species themselves could only undergo moderate changes because they're genetically engineered for those environs. ii- The biochemicals within our body are made from the food and beverage processed by the liver and kidneys, with the help from bile, gall bladder, and pancreas, whereas the breakup and digestion of food takes place in the intestines. iii- The foods and toxins that we consume alter our biochemistry, and this, in turn, can even alter the nervous system. iv- All diseases have their origins in what we eat and drink via our gut, or or breathe via lungs or our skin. a- I think every disease, except for contagious germs, has its origins either in toxins we consume; inadequate or excessive nutrients we consume; or in the improper digestion of these because of stress, physical inactivity or hyper- activity. b- It is quite possible that each of our organs evolved independently, and these organs then got incorporated into our anatomy via symbiotic systems, like any culture of germs or any ecosystem of nourishing, complementing, and predating animals in nature. The mitochondria could have been some ancient bacteria. 6- We know plaque creates cardiovascular diseases. Likewise cancer, tumors, rheumatism, lupus and fibromyalgia can be the deposition of either external toxins ingested by us or internal toxins generated by our own gut, and the fact that these impact the lymphatic system is proof of their toxic nature. 7- Whatever the disease, we first need to get rid of the external or internal toxins via food/beverage ingestion and neutralisation, and eventual excretion or surgical intervention, and then get rid of the genetically altered tissue via surgery, radiation, or a long-term nutritional, nervous and activity cure. 8- Since the vagus nerve modulates our parasympathetic nervous system; all organ cure would have to come via a blend of diet, vagus nerve modulation, toxin excretion, and diseased tissue removal or healing. 9- Vasodilation, constriction, and fluid supply, fluid regulation and fluid excretion is leveraged to transport, regulate and expel all nutrients and toxins. i-Minerals and the nervous system cause this vasodilation and constriction ii- Toxins are the byproducts of digestion, the waste generated by organs, or the injurious products ingested or inhaled by the body. 10- The immune system is modulated by the parasympathetic nervous system and destroys and/or excretes all foreign agents--germs and toxins. i- The immune system is activated, when germs are ingested or inhaled in bulk, but calms down when those are destroyed and excreted/expelled. ii- The immune system goes haywire via the constant seepage of germs into the bloodstream from the gut; the constant ingestion of parasites, germs or toxins from an unhealthy environment; or the constant intake of unhealthy food or even healthy nutrients in excess to generate toxins or unbalancing levels of nutrients a- This is corrected via enemas, fasting, a change of medicinal, food, beverage and ventilation supply chains or via change of environs by moving to another place. b- Omega 3 fatty acids subside inflammation, whereas Omega-6 fatty acids cause inflammation. An excess of omega-3 will suppress the immune system, whereas an excess of omega-6 will over-excite the immune system. c-Anything that suppresses the immune system does so by reducing inflammation. Anything that excites the immune system, does so by causing inflammation to alert the immune system to the problem via inflammation. d-A balance of omega-3/omega-6 is required to hold the immune system in balance, but whenever the immune system is overactive, we need to calm it with omega-3 fatty acids, and whenever it is under-active and the body loses its ability to fight germs, we need to stimulate it with omega-6 fatty acids, and this is done by altering the omega-3/omega-6 ratios till the problem is addressed, and then reverting it back to normal level. 11- Finally, the nervous system makes vessels constrict and dilate via the excretion of hormones from glands and even the excretion of enzymes to process food for nutrients from which the hormones are constituted or synthesized. i- The body has to be supplied with essential amino acids, from.which the body can make all other amino acids. ii- The body has to be supplied with meat or dairy products for vitamin B12, which isn't provided via a plant-based diet. iii- The body has to be supplied with healthy bacteria which are essential to digestion, synthesis, and mitochondrial energy production. Germicid edestroy these microbe cultures, so these have to be continually replenished. iv- Vitamins, minerals, and flavonoids catalyze essential reactions for energy production, free-radical elimination, and hormone production. Some of these are obtained from plants, some from meats, and some from fermented products. v- Proteins Are required for growth, carbohydrates for energy, and fats for energy storage, but, in moderate quantities, these also provide nutrients for essential chemical reactions, so one shouldn't completely take these out of one's diet. vi- The body requires blood rich in oxygen and an efficient transport media. a- Cancers and tumors are a parasympathetic nervous system response to destroy contaminated cells and to generate energy via fermentation when not enough oxygen is received at the cellular levels. The DNA of these cells is altered for destruction or for the anaerobic production of energy, so for reversion to normal cellular function, the toxins have to be removed for the reversion of DNA back to normal, and for sulfur containing essential amino acids to be supplied for the re-alteration of the DNA for normal function(only sulphur containing amino acids can alter DNA), and, finally, either a sufficient waiting period provided for the cancerous cells to self-destruct, or, else, the cancerous tissue has to be excised via surgery, radiation or other means, and also mechanism provided for the excretion or expulsion of this dead-tissue. b- Moderate physical activity can build vascular muscles to the facilitate mineral/nutrient transport and waste expulsion without necessitating a heavy reliance on vasodilation and construction via over stimulation of the endocrine system and without requiring a varied diet for the production of those hormones for endocrine modulation. The endorphins released during exercise calm the parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn calms the sympathetic nervous system, and this calms the central nervous system via the elimination of excess energy, nutrients and waste.

I just want Linda and Gabi know that what they wrote in the description resonates with me very closely. Thank you, and thank you for this: "We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt. I have done this routine once or twice a week since I learnt it - perhaps 5 weeks now. Today, I started with a slight headache. In the beginning, I felt rigid structures in the back and sides of my neck loosening. Afterwards, I still have a slight headache, and also feel pain in my diaphragm, but not unbearable pains at all. My cheeks feel warmer now, and I feel hands and feet more alive. I hope I am on the right path here.

Not doing this exercise for a week or two, I realize how much it can do to help me.

I have CCI and EDS. That made me feel entirely too uncomfortable. The sensations I felt made me wanna jump outta my body. But then I kept breathing and it let loose a little more. I’m excited to try daily ❤ thank you!

My vagus nerve was cut in at my stomach 2 or 3 places during an esophajectomy to decrease acid 15 yrs ago. I am just learning ALL the problems I've been having are because of that. Researching and learning ways to stimulate it to find relief. Thank you for this video

Just did this after doing her 10-minute brain tapping routine and her 10-minute spinal posture exercises, and it relieved my shoulder pain 😊

THANK YOU!!!! I felt a great sense of joy and tingling coming up through my spine into my brain/back of my head, that it was much like the sensation of a dry river having water in its bed again. Thank you! and yes, I am much more relaxed indeed!
