Starting the program February 15th 2022 ☺, take care of me ChristianaCare! I'm not focused on any negatives, just focused on all the positives. Watching videos like these and taking in as well as expelling the emotions. I'm going on 32 and haven't been at a normal weight since I was about 5 or 6 years old. I'll do anything!
