Jello pro tip- Make jello like usual. let it set up, once set add it to a blender with a cup of fage yogurt and one or two packs of truvia. Let set for at least an hour and eat- huge sweet serving for cravings at 27 protein and 9 carbs

Quick easy sweet potato recipe - wash potatos, slice about 1mm thin, use one tablespoon of olive oil, salt pepper and mix together then bake for 7-10 mins for desired crispyness. Good alternative to chips.

It appeals to more women that aren't even gymshark fans. The same thing would happen if he created fashionable, quality gym gear for women. The items would market themselves and ladies would want to buy it, because it looks good, not solely because it comes from Alphalete. They would get the new product, love it, buy More and in turn support Alphalete.

Hey Christian the rice cooker comes with a book and it shows you how to steam veggies too. More Heidi I love her and Ava love her too. BTW I cook my chicken the way Heidi does and it's bomb! When you heat it up put a little cup of water in the microwave and the chicken won't be dry.

new launch time is awful for anyone in Australia, 12pm central is 3am here in Australia.. 3am launch on a Thursday, and if you don't order within the first 15 minutes of the launch going live it'll sell out and you miss out. Seems a bit silly to not move the launch to next Saturday instead, rather than have it on a weekday, or have it after 3pm central which works well for everyone
